Welcome to Harlequin, the world’s largest romance publisher. This website is about finding new voices in romantic fiction. Harlequin publishes over 60 new romance novels every month – almost 750 a year – and our experienced and friendly team of editors is always on the lookout for new talent. We have published over 160 new Harlequin authors in the past five years! We welcome established authors and those just starting their careers.

All series have branded packaging and publish a set number of new books on a monthly schedule, similar to magazine publications. For example, Harlequin Presents publishes eight books per month, and Love Inspired publishes six books per month. Each series offers a unique reading promise from sexy to sweet, contemporary to historical, suspenseful romance, and more. Print books are sold at major retailers and directly to customers through Harlequin’s book club subscription. Ebooks can be purchased anywhere, anytime at online retailers and Harlequin.com.

Get to Know Carina Press
Carina Press is Harlequin’s digital-first fiction imprint for adult readers, publishing first in digital, with select releases in audio and print. It launched in 2010. Since its inception as the first digital imprint within a traditional publishing house, Carina Press has continued to publish a broad range of romance. Carina Adores is home to highly romantic love stories where LGBTQ+ characters find their happily ever afters. A trope-driven adult romance line exclusively featuring LGBTQ+ main characters, Carina Adores publishes books that leave readers with the warm and fuzzy feeling of romance well done. All Carina Adores books are available in trade paperback and ebook, with audiobook available for select titles.
